At this stage, we get to know the client, their goals, and the information they already have: dates, names, and the geography of the search. We assess the chances of success, formulate the research request, and identify the sources that may contain the necessary data. The consultation is free and helps to understand where to start and how to build an effective search strategy.

Archival research in Ukraine and abroad

Our archivists work with state, church, military, and foreign archives. We look for parish registers, civil registry records, censuses, migration and military documents. All work is done manually, taking into account the historical context and the specifics of how names were written.

Building the family tree

After collecting the data, we visualize family connections in the form of a genealogy chart—with generations, dates, and life events of each ancestor. We take into account not only facts but also the emotional dimension: we create biographical sketches, compile a family chronicle, and help you feel like part of a larger story. The tree can be produced in print or digital format.

Preparation and presentation of results
